Return and Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at support@macanz.com to request the return address. Note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returning Defective or Incorrect Items
To return damaged or incorrect items:

Include a photo and description of the issue, along with your order number.
Once we assess your email, we will reach out to determine the desired outcome. All damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returns for Size or Color Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item due to size or color preferences, you may return it, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging or with the company label intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important Return Instructions
Clearly mark the package as a return (check the appropriate box on the Postal Service form). The total value of returned items must be included.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
