Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Euphoria Boutique LLC, c/o Registered Agents Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA – Email: support@macanz.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear written statement (e.g. via email). You may use the withdrawal form template provided below, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you; in no case will you incur fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them—whichever occurs first.

You must send back or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and in any case not later than fourteen (14) days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
